MAS DES CHÊNES

Mas des Chênes is a large 5 bedroom villa for up to 14 people:

a double bedroom (queen size) with ensuite bathroom on the ground floor,

a double bedroom (queen size), babybed and bathroom (shower, sinks) on the first floor,

a double bedroom (queen size) with single bed,  and ensuite bathroom on the first floor,

a bedroom with 2 single beds on the first floor,

a bedroom with 1 single beds and 2 bunkbeds on the first floor,

a spacious bathroom with shower, bath and sinks.

On the ground floor, you have at your disposal  a very spacious living-dining room for 18 persons, a modern kitchen with central island, ideal for aperitifs and  buffets. 

The house is modern, well-equipped with air conditioning and wifi. 

Outside, you have a direct access to the shady terrace, with its outdoor dining furniture, plancha and BBQ, you can enjoy stunning views of the vineyards of the Costières de Nîmes and spectacular sunsets.

The terraces lead to the boulodrome for a game of jeux de boules. 

Next to the house, there is a large lawned garden with shady areas for aperos under the trees.   A children's play ground, surrounded by truffle oaks, a ping-pong table  and swimming pool will keep the whole groupe entertained.
