 GÎTE DU NOURRIGUIER

​The cottage is installed on the first floor in the barn, opposite the house and enjoys a beautiful view on the swimmingpool. 

The "Gîte du Nourriguier" is south-west orientated and has a cosy livingroom, a modern kitchen, a first bedroom with queensize bed and a second bedroom with two single beds.  The bathroom connects the two bedrooms which each have a separate entry.

There are 2 terraces, one on the first floor and the second shady one in the garden.

The pool in the garden measures 5m x 10m, it has a paddling pool with a depth of 30 cm for the children and a large sunbathing area.

The pool is open from may until the end of september.  It is fenced and secured with an alarm.

On the property, you have lots of space for a game of boules surrounded by truffle oaks.  A ping pong table , boulodrome and playground for the children will amuse everyone.
